As part of our commitment to holistic wellbeing, each Personal Support Service visit includes a complimentary 15-minute Traditional Island Fofō/Mirimiri session. This may include a gentle soothing shoulder massage or lower leg and foot comfort massage designed to promote relaxation, comfort, foot wellbeing, joint comfort and overall wellness.

The complimentary fofō/mirimiri session is provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, podiatry, physiotherapy or healthcare services.

Additional Travel Charges

For locations more than 10km from our Central Auckland depot, an additional travel fee of $2.00 (GST inclusive) per kilometre applies. A customised quote will be confirmed before service delivery.

Community Outings & Transport Assistance

Community outings and hobby-based activities are available as part of this service where appropriate and/or upon request. Please note that vehicle or transport-related activities will incur additional travel and transport charges, discussed and agreed upon prior to the outing.

To support worker wellbeing, client safety and service quality, all bookings are delivered by a minimum of two trained Thrive Pacific Support Workers.
