Golden Horizons Tatou Matua is a community participation programme designed to support older adults through friendship, social connection, wellbeing activities and meaningful community engagement.

The programme aims to reduce social isolation while creating opportunities for older adults to participate in activities, share experiences and remain connected with their communities.
